How will the current planning policies by used in determining
planning applications?
The County Council has set out existing planning policies in the
Consolidated Planning Policy Framework document. The policies
in this document will only apply to the area for which they were
originally drafted. Only those policies which apply to the
location where a planning application is submitted for will be
considered in determining the planning application.
